How the process works ...
Once you reach out, we follow a straightforward three‑step process designed for fast turnaround and accurate results:
- 1. Share your requirements — Tell us what product you want personalized, the name/number or design details, and any logos or artwork you’d like included. If you’re ordering for a team, you can attach a roster or list of names and numbers.
- 2. Receive draft designs — Our team creates one or more draft layouts based on your instructions. You’ll receive these by email for review (usually 1 to 3 days), along with any suggestions that help improve clarity, colour, or placement.
- 3. Approve your mockup — Once you’re happy with the design, we send a final mockup for approval. After you confirm, we generate the production-ready files and create a completed sales order for payment and fulfillment.
This workflow ensures you always see and approve your design before anything goes into production, giving you confidence that your personalized item will look exactly the way you expect!
