Welcome to Hockey Unhinged! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, please read our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
You can return items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The product does not match the description provided.
- The product was not delivered.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at returns@hockeyunhinged.ca within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Return Process
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you via email within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refund Process
After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Exclusions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a return:
· Items returned more than 4 days after delivery.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
